Nascida e criada em Brasília e filha de candangos que aqui se conheceram, cresci em um território marcado pela diversidade, pela construção coletiva e pela experimentação. Bibliotecária de formação, me descobri também como educadora e logo percebi que minha paixão estava em pensar a educação para além dos formatos tradicionais, especialmente quando ajudei a conceber e passei a coordenar o Thomas Maker, em Brasília [⭐️ 2015]. Desde então, a educação significativa, o aprender fazendo e o protagonismo dos estudantes passaram a orientar minha trajetória.
Sou bacharel em Biblioteconomia e tenho pós-graduação em Análise de Sistemas pela Universidade de Brasília [UnB], além de especialização em Media Literacy pelo Media Education Lab, da Universidade de Rhode Island. Essa formação híbrida sustenta meu interesse pela interseção entre informação, cultura digital, educação e pensamento crítico.
Atuo no desenvolvimento de projetos educacionais e culturais, com foco em metodologias ativas, educação midiática e aprendizagem mão na massa, especialmente em contextos de formação de professores e bibliotecários. Trabalho com a introdução e a apropriação de tecnologias inovadoras - tanto educacionais quanto informacionais - em processos formativos que valorizam a experimentação, a reflexão crítica e a colaboração.
Desde 2019, faço parte do corpo principal de facilitadores do programa EducaMídia, colaborando na mentoria de formações, tradução, adaptação e desenvolvimento de recursos educacionais abertos. Sou também articuladora voluntária do Núcleo DF da Rede Brasileira de Aprendizagem Criativa [⭐️ 2017], contribuindo para a construção de redes, eventos e iniciativas que fortalecem práticas educativas mais criativas, colaborativas e conectadas com os desafios do mundo contemporâneo.
Acredito em uma educação viva, que se constrói no encontro entre informação, criação e ação coletiva, e é nesse território que sigo pesquisando, experimentando e aprendendo.
[EN] Born and raised in Brasília, the daughter of *candangos* who met here, I grew up in a territory shaped by diversity, collective building, and experimentation. Trained as a librarian, I also came to see myself as an educator and soon realized that my passion lay in reimagining education beyond traditional formats—especially when I helped conceive and began coordinating Thomas Maker in Brasília in 2015. Since then, meaningful education, learning by doing, and student agency have guided my professional journey.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science and a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Brasília [UnB], as well as a specialization in Media Literacy from the Media Education Lab at the University of Rhode Island. This hybrid background sustains my interest in the intersection of information, digital culture, education, and critical thinking.
I work in the development of educational and cultural projects, with a focus on active learning methodologies, media literacy, and hands-on learning—particularly in teacher and librarian professional development contexts. My work involves supporting the introduction and meaningful adoption of innovative technologies, both educational and informational, through formative processes that value experimentation, critical reflection, and collaboration.
Since 2019, I have been part of the core team of facilitators for the EducaMídia program, contributing to the mentoring of training initiatives, as well as the translation, adaptation, and development of open educational resources. I also serve as a volunteer organizer for the Federal District chapter of the Brazilian Creative Learning Network [RBAC] - after being awarded with the 2019 MIT Media Lab/Lemann Creative Learning Challenge Fellowship, since then contributing to the creation of networks, events, and initiatives that strengthen more creative, collaborative, and context-connected educational practices.
I believe in a living education, one that is built at the intersection of information, creation, and collective action - and it is within this space that I continue to research, experiment, and learn.
